Full payment-card numbers and card security codes are processed by Our payment processors and are not stored on Our servers.

Retention of Personal Data

Account Information

Account profile and Account administration information is generally retained for the duration of Your Account.

Following Account closure, certain Account information may be retained for up to 24 months where reasonably necessary to address post-termination issues, security matters, fraud, abuse, disputes, or legal claims.

Budgeting and Financial Data

Budgeting and financial information that You store in the Service is generally retained while Your Account or applicable workspace remains active.

When You delete information or close an Account, We will delete or anonymize information from active systems in accordance with Our normal deletion processes, except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of Our agreements.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in backup and disaster-recovery systems until those copies expire according to Our backup schedules.

Support Data

Support requests and related correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months after the request is closed or last active.

We may retain particular support records longer where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, security issues, billing disputes, or legal claims.

Usage, Security, and Diagnostic Data

Application usage data, analytics records, IP addresses, security logs, and diagnostic information may generally be retained for up to 24 months.

Security-related information may be retained longer where necessary to investigate or document an incident, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with legal requirements.

Marketing Data

Marketing subscription and engagement records may be retained until You unsubscribe or for up to 24 months after Your last meaningful interaction, whichever is appropriate for the purpose of processing.

We may retain a suppression record after You unsubscribe so that We can honor Your request not to receive future marketing communications.

Billing and Transaction Records

Payment-card details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by Us.

Invoices, billing history, payment status, purchase records, and other accounting information may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to comply with tax, accounting, financial, and legal requirements, generally for up to seven years unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Longer Retention

We may retain information longer where reasonably necessary because:
